Heather Black, founder of Supermums and Mums on Cloud Nine, is a social entrepreneur, Salesforce expert, and certified coach. A single parent to two young children, Heather knows firsthand the juggle of career and family life. She provides daily career coaching and training to women, helping them build confidence, develop new skills, and create fulfilling, flexible careers. Her mission is to empower women to take control of their future and thrive—both personally and professionally.
Lyn Constantine, Customer Success Manager at Supermums, is a mother of two grown children, a proud grandmother, and a former serial entrepreneur, now based in Devon. Every day, Lyn supports and advises women who are looking to relaunch their careers, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical insights. Her calm, grounded approach helps women feel reassured and ready to take the next step with clarity and confidence.
Kelly-Jace Halls, Training Manager at Supermums, is a mum to a young child and lives in Essex. With a background in employment support and training, Kelly plays a vital role in guiding women through their learning journeys. She helps them upskill, gain new certifications, and stay motivated and on track. Her empathetic and supportive nature ensures women feel seen, valued, and capable of achieving their goals.
